Please note, orders are processed on a first come basis. If you leave the wine in your cart for even a few minutes it might have already sold out as our stock quantity is removed when you submit the order in final, not when you add it to your cart!
You will get two emails from us with regards to your order. The first email from us only confirms that we received your order. The second email will confirm that we have enough wine to fill your order.
Due to the high volume of sales there are times when the wine has sold out, but our system is still updating and shows it as available. We’re sorry for any inconvenience and will do what we can to fill your order!
Free shipping on orders of 4 bottles or more!
Please note, free ground shipping is only available to the Continental United States.

We constantly keep up with the latest laws and capabilities to ship. Unless the customer wishes otherwise, orders are shipped via Fedex Ground service. Please call or e-mail info@weeklywinetasting.com to make alternative shipping arrangements.
WEEKLY WINE TASTING of ‘s ships via FedEx and follows the guidelines of FedEx regarding alcohol shipments from the state of New Jersey.
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase wine from —————. All packages shipped by ————— require an adult signature upon delivery. We highly recommend that you provide us with a business shipping address to facilitate the delivery. ————— will not refund any shipping charges if your package is returned to us because there was no adult signature.

TITLE AND OWNERSHIP
By placing an order with WEEKLY WINE TASTING of —————, purchaser authorizes WEEKLY WINE TASTING of —————
**Title to, and ownership of, all wine passes from ————— to the purchaser in the State of New Jersey and the purchaser takes all responsibility for the shipping it from New Jersey to his/her home state. By arranging for transportation of the wine, WEEKLY WINE TASTING of ————— is providing a service to, and acting on behalf of the purchaser. By utilizing this service from WEEKLY WINE TASTING of —————, the purchaser is representing that he/she is acting in a fashion compliant with his/her local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation and delivery of wine. The purchaser represents that he/she has obtained any required permission, paid any required fees, is working through properly licensed intermediaries where required, is legally entitled to take possession of wine and is legally entitled to take quantities ordered and once again authorizes that he/she is 21 years of age.
WEEKLY WINE TASTING of ————— make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import alcoholic beverages into any state.
HOLD POLICY
WEEKLY WINE TASTING of ————— will hold any order upon request up to 12 months from the time of purchase in our temperature-controlled warehouse. This option can be found when checking out. We do not allow future shipping requests on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays, as we do not ship from our warehouse on these days in order to minimize transit time. If you ever need to change the original date chosen, please contact us immediately; notice is needed 48 hours in advance of the date you would like to ship. Orders held over one year from date-of-purchase will be subject to a holding fee ($5/month/package). Any orders that are held over 6 months and cancelled may be subject to a restocking fee.
ESTIMATED TIME FOR DELIVERY
Orders placed will ship from our climate-controlled facility within the next 2-3 business days. Ground Service shipping is only available Mondays through Thursdays. 2-Day Air shipping is only available Mondays through Wednesdays.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been completed, you will receive an email from WEEKLY WINE TASTING of ————— confirming your order. Once your order has shipped you will receive an additional email, which will include a tracking number for your convenience.
PACK CONTAINERS
Our packs/Products are packed in our “Shipper Approved” containers to ensure proper delivery.
SIGNATURE POLICY
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase wine from WEEKLY WINE TASTING of ————— or All packages sent out by WEEKLY WINE TASTING of ————— REQUIRE a signature upon delivery.
It is highly recommended that you provide us with a business shipping address for best service. Customer comments on their order such as “Please leave on back porch” or “Please leave at front door” will be ignored! We will not be able to refund any shipping charges if your package comes back to us because there was no adult to sign for the wine!
